A couple of years ago I was introduced to Kiva through a Christmas present. If you're unfamiliar with Kiva it is a organization that allows you to lend money to someone in need throughout the world. Once the money is paid back, you can choose to lend the money again or allow Kiva to keep it as a charitable contribution. Well, this morning I received an email from Kiva who has partnered with Ladies' Home Journal for a rare opportunity. They are offering a small number of free trials available for new lenders.
